🎉 One year of ‘Computer Basics’: we’ve already been making computing more accessible for a whole year!

Exactly one year ago, EITT published its very first article in the “IT Concepts” section. This first topic focused on web protocols, with a simple yet essential ambition: to explain IT differently, in clear, accessible language that everyone can understand.

Since that first publication, dozens of concepts have been covered: computer networks, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, computer hardware, operating systems, connectors, storage units, how the Internet works, file formats and many other everyday topics. Today, the latest article is dedicated to the tracking pixel, proof that the digital world is constantly evolving and that this mission continues to evolve with it.

In one year, EITT has also grown a lot. The website has undergone several visual and technical updates to offer smoother navigation, better-organised content and an ever more enriching experience. But despite these changes, one thing has never changed: the objective.

The aim remains the same as on day one: to make IT, cybersecurity and new technologies accessible to everyone, whether a student, a professional or simply curious to learn more about the digital world.

This first year represents much more than just a series of articles. It symbolises hours of research, writing and popularisation, driven by a single desire: to share knowledge in a simple, reliable and educational way.
